With Birth Without Fear – Sweden's most widely used childbirth preparation course – you and your support person get concrete tools to face childbirth with greater confidence.

Live online is suitable for those who want a lively and interactive course but prefer to participate from home. The course is held via Zoom and provides the opportunity for personal contact, real-time questions and practical exercises - without the need to travel. You can participate no matter where in the country, or the world, you are.

Birth Without Fear is designed to be carried out together with a partner or other support person. This can be a romantic partner, friend, family member or doula – the most important thing is that it is someone you feel safe with. The course contains both theory and practical exercises where you practice together. If you are not able to bring a support person, it is okay to contact the course coordinator to review individual solutions.
