Feeding without fear mixes theory, practice and various exercises that help you understand how to use the prophylaxis tools during childbirth and how your roles differ, so that you become a strong and unbeatable team.

Birth preparation course

You gain knowledge about the anatomy of childbirth and the different phases of childbirth, what happens in the body and what you can expect during the various phases. A top course for those who want to understand what happens during birth, who are looking for knowledge and understanding of what will happen and who want to feel positive control.

Relaxing full-body massage specially adapted for you as a pregnant woman.

In a safe and cozy environment, you get both theory and practice around massage, touch and the importance of letting the oxytocin flow and how you can do this together, both during pregnancy and the time after.

Private course where we go through everything you need to know about breastfeeding in order to feel safe and have sufficient knowledge to be able to deal with the most common difficulties at the start of breastfeeding.

Breastfeeding support at home after baby is born. We come to your home and give you practical tips and professional support to facilitate the beginning of your breastfeeding journey.

Rental of tools that facilitate childbirth

TENS, peanut ball for the female to rest smartly during labor and rebozo (shawl) for relaxation and pain relief.

Rent refers to 6 weeks and instructions for use are included.

Rental of birthing pool

Birth pool in a Box, choose between mini and regular. The price includes a comprehensive package with all the equipment you need for a water birth.

Rent refers to pregnancy week 36-42. Free delivery.
